Principal Accountabilities
● Provide guidance on enriching procedures and manages small teams' workload and carries out managerial duties and ensure small teams execute the standard and global quote process.
● Responsible for providing guidance to small teams on company quoting strategy as well as quote operating procedures. Drive continuously improvement and development on SOP.
● Provide clear direction on hiring and training new team members for small team managers, provide talent development strategy and guide small team managers on employee performance management. Review and approve small team member salary and merit related proposal.
● Provide guidance on managing supplier/customer quotation request to small team managers. Review and approve on any quotation data change according to specific situations.
● Involve and solve complex problems escalated by the team. Provide opportunity for the team to share best practice on facing/solving different issues with supplier/customers
● Act as an expert/trainer during internal meeting/training with Quote Hub employees to share knowledge and experience

● Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of business or technical support or production team

● Decisions are guided by policies, procedures and business plan; receives guidance and oversight from manager

● Accountable for the results of a large and/or moderately complex support or production operations team including subordinate work leaders
● Applies acquired expertise to analyze and solve problems without clear precedent
● Provides input on resource planning and policy development
● Coaches team members on performance, completes employee performance evaluations and recommends pay actions
Experience / Education
Typically requires 5–7 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 3 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent work experience.
