Job Description

Project Manager



Identifying, setting and communicating the project document control requirements including project document appearance, numbering, distribution, MRB, and registering. Controlling the contents of the VDRL and MRB index. Verifying the application of the procedure by Project Support and FPI organization. If Project Support is not available the PM is responsible for the project document control Participate in QHSE audits, incident reporting and review of QHSE performances as required Comply with relevant safety, quality and environmental control procedures and instructions Use personal protective equipment and safety gear when performing assigned tasks Report unsafe acts, incidents or safety violations

Qualifications:



Preferably Engineering degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial Preferably PMP Certification Preferably MBA, BSc or MSc in Managerial Economics or similar

Experience:



In project management and/or in piping, mechanical, supply chain, company’s products, and processes . In team management . In managing Contractual terms and conditions .

Skills & Competencies:



Fluent English, in both writing and speaking . Preferably Fluent in the local language, in both writing and speaking . MS Office, and preferably MS Project . Good inter-personal & communication skills . Leadership and team play facilitation . Structured and analytic thinking personality . Hands on mentality . Pro-active . Conceptual thinking . Result oriented. Negotiation skills .
