Your future role


Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive Industrail project management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. 


- You'll contribute significantly to the tender phase, especially on Project Industrial Organization and Make Or Buy Industrial scheme to take into account industrial constraints and requirements in order to optimize material flow, costs, and minimize risks.


- Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Procurement, Quality Control, and Design), ensure the proper set-up of Project Industrialization process and manage the corresponding deliverables in QCD, and much more.


We’ll look to you for:


  • Developing industrial strategies to optimize material flow, costs, and minimize risks during the tender phase,


  • Ensuring the completeness and on-time availability of detailed design for project-specific products,


  • Setting up and overseeing the Project Industrialization process in line with quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) targets,


  • Collaborating closely with the Project Engineering Manager (PrEM) to check the detailed design of on-board cabinets, trackside shelters, etc.,


  • Identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities within the project lifecycle,


  • Managing risks and implementing mitigation plans related to industrialization,


  • Providing leadership and guidance to the project industrial team

  • Degree in Engineering or a related field,


  • Experience or understanding of project management within an industrial or manufacturing environment


  • Good understanding of production and logistics processes 


  • ERP working knowledge
