We are looking for a Industrial financial control professional to join our team in Casablanca. In this position, your main missions will be to manage the financial closing process, analyze costs, and prepare detailed reports.

In this context, your main responsibilities, categorized by area of intervention, will be:

Closing Process:

• Recording working hours for projects.
• Analyzing costs and extracting cost reports.
• Verifying salary-related invoices and adjusting monthly provisions.
• Assessing recurring charges to ensure a realistic financial picture.
• Calculating monthly project results.

Reporting:

• Analyzing accounting entries related to material consumption.
• Consolidating data into dashboards.
• Monitoring costs against the budget and communicating discrepancies to relevant departments.
• Presenting financial results during meetings and in monthly reports.

Purchase Request Management:

• Analyzing purchase requests against the budget.
• Validating and allocating expenses.
• Creating accounting views for suppliers and clients.

Billing:

• Preparing and issuing sales invoices.
• Tracking invoices against established forecasts.

Asset Management:

• Monitoring investments and assets under construction.
• Applying accounting rules related to assets.

Location:

Casablanca

Profile Sought:

• Higher education in accounting, management control, and audit, obtained from a business school or equivalent.
• A successful initial experience in industrial project management control is preferred.
• Proficiency in both French and English.
