• Level of studies: Engineer or master’s degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical engineering or Electrical engineering
• Experience: Min 5 years’ experience in Similar position
• Language: Fluent speaker of French and English.
• Soft skills: Team Management, Project Management, Good communication, analysis tools (5M, Ishikawa & Problem solving).Key Responsibilities:
• Manage team coordination and monitor daily production results
• Ensure quality processes and address production deviations
• Prepare for customer audits and optimize resource usage
• Analyze scrap rates and implement improvements
