Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Manufacturing/Production Teams transform raw materials into finished goods and ensure component flow. They perform changeovers and setups according to production schedule, perform quality checks according to established processes and document the results as required by our quality procedures. Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Manage in term of behavior and discipline shop floor team by regular coaching. Supervise execution of customer production planning. Adapt to changes in the market and respond to customer demands with flexibility. Work on Machine/Labor efficiency. Respect Quality standard in daily output. Work on team polyvalence and capability development of future talents. Use continuous improvement tools in daily job as support.
What your background should look like:
Bachelor degree In engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Automation). Experience in manufacturing between 4 to 5 years. Good level of software package understanding (Microsoft office, SAP). Solid experience in operations and people management. Familiar with Quality system management IATF16949.
