+ Location Criterion : None At the location of ADM Europoort B.V. we process soybeans and rapeseed. We make various products from this, such as flour and oil for the food and animal feed industry. More than 325 people work at ADM Europoort in the bulk terminal, crush & extraction factory, refinery and soy protein concentrate (SPC) factory. These departments are supported by our own chemical and microbiological laboratory, maintenance & reliability department and the SHEQ department. We also work closely with our in-house contractors who provide (industrial) cleaning, scaffolding, insulation work and technical support. The ADM Europoort office also houses large commercial and logistics departments, process automation and CAPEX project management teams; as well as departments for payroll, HR and IT. Logistics and Execution Specialist Purpose: The employee is responsible for the coordination and handling of the logistics flow (inbound/outbound), as well as the administration of contract positions for commodity products within the Bean & Meal logistics department. Your activities include: Managing the contract execution of the various Agro commodity flows (inbound/ outbound) • Administration of the contract positions of commodity products, based on data supplied by Trading department. • Responsible for accurate and timely information exchange with / reporting to parties internal to ADM (e.g. trading, finance departments, other ADM locations) and external to ADM (e.g. counterparties, shipping agents / terminals, etc.); • Taking care of the capacity planning with regard to Bulk terminal planning (coordination and control) • Preparation of various overviews for the Logistics Manager. • Become an expert in the field of commodity logistics and the execution of contracts, whilst helping to develop the department into a world class organization to become a leading and respected standard, both inside and outside ADM • Making overviews with regard to expected and actual product flows • Responsible for various reports to the head office. • Coordinating and supervision of the work of employees A and B • Compliance with and monitoring of legal and business obligations • Align with internal and external stakeholders • Ensuring correct settlement with buyers/suppliers/transporters (demurrage/despatch/final invoices) • Coordinating and executing various improvement projects Join Our Team at ADM's Global Business Services (GBS)! Responsibilities Reviewing and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the bookkeeping, Auditing open balance sheet items, resolving exceptions, Undertaking research and analysis tasks and any other ad-hoc duties related to general business and financial activities, Participate in improvement projects and identify areas for improvement within the process, Preparing financial data for monthly reporting, Participation in the month closing process (reserves calculation, analyzes, reconciliations), Providing our partners with monthly/quarterly reports, Execute standard processes within the team according to the procedures, Assist in performing internal controls including month-end activities according to control framework, Cooperation with Strategic Partner. Requirements: 4+ years of experience in GL/R2R/Financial reporting/ Financial Controlling or Audit required (auditing company experience will be an advantage), Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or business related field preferred (being an ACCA/CIMA member/student will be an advantage), Efficient use of MS Office (in particular MS Excel), Fluent in English, Working knowledge of other modern ERP systems (SAP), General knowledge of ADM’s business divisions would be an advantage, Expected to complete projects within specified deadlines, Ability to analyze and design business processes, Create a positive work environment through teamwork & conflict resolution. Du erstellst ADM Qualitätsvereinbarungen für Verpackungen in Koordination und Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen, wie z.B. Entwicklung , Produktion und Logistik Du legst kontinuierliche Überwachungen und Kontrollen der Verpackungsmaterialien mittels definierten Prüfparameter für die Eingangskontrollen fest, um sicherzustellen, dass sie den festgelegten Qualitätsstandards entsprechen Du führts interne und externe Audits durch, um die Einhaltung der Qualitätsstandards von Verpackungen zu überprüfen und Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten zu identifizieren. Du bist, in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Einkauf, für den Reklamationsprozess von Verpackungen verantwortlich Du implementierst alle Verpackungslieferanten in das ADM Lieferantenmanagementtool Coupa und bist verantwortlich für den QM Freigabeprozess in diesem Lieferantenmanagementsystem Du wertest die Dokumentation aller Verpackungsprozesse und Ergebnisse der Qualitätskontrollen aus und erstellst Berichten für die Leitung.
