Key Responsibilities:

• Working closely with development teams to ensure that the product design.
• Analyzing the technical package and assess the feasibility.
• Contributing to development of the manufacturing process.
• Leading the Trim developing of new products.
• Create and verify BOMs. And ensure the BOM audit.
• Manage and monitor technical documents for different products.
• Testing products to ensure they meet performance and quality standards.
• Developing and testing technical solutions, such as simulation, modeling, optimization, statistical analysis
• Contributing to PFMEA activities.
• Ensure and provide the necessary training to operational staff following product level changes.
• Develop and submit the PPAP documentation related to the product.
• Monitoring the process performance and implementing the improvements to meet objectives
• Troubleshooting problems associated with the product and method.
• Establishing procedures and individuals working instruction complying with the health and safety standards.
• Providing training and support to the staff about the new product, and best practices.

Key skills and Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Industrials, mechanical or electromechanical engineering.
• Proficiency in using various software and tools, such as PLM, ERP.
• Team spirit
• A strong sense of responsibility
• Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written
