Job Description



Mission:
· Operational Support: Provide efficient administrative services that support procurement operations and maintain accurate documentation.
· Policy Implementation: Ensure procurement activities align with organizational policies and objectives.
· Coordination and Communication: Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate procurement needs and communicate processes.
· Data and Process Management: Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, supplier contracts, and performance data in the system
· Technology Utilization: Leverage procurement software or systems to automate and improve the efficiency of the procurement cycle.

Required Skills and Competencies



Degree in business and management / Administration
Experience as data entry admin, procurement system
Frensh, english and Spanish will be be plus
