Your Role:


As a Process Engineer, you will be part of a global, diverse and collaborative team and contributing on high sophisticated compute and sensing products driving to a safer, greener and more connected future of mobility.


In this role you will be responsible to define the plant's equipment needs, to support engineering changes and new projects, and ensure the acquisition, installation and validation of equipment according to the start-up schedule as you will be in charge for these various accountabilities:


  • Ensure the definition of the machine requirement for any new project as well as the budget necessary to issue the IR.
  • Lead the team in the installation, validation and continuous improvement actions on the components (Quality, volume, cost) of the processes.
  • Ensure the availability of equipment at the SOP by making the necessary anticipations (alert suppliers, GSM and the MEC...).
  • Prepare all documentation concerning newly integrated machines.
  • Contribute to the choice of suppliers for the purchase of equipment for the means of production.
  • Prepare the Capacity Studies monthly and ensure that they are updated.
  • Check the inventory status of equipment.
  • Ensure effective and rapid feedback to the Process Owner in the event of a request for information.

Your Background :


  • Engineering degree or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
  •  Freshly graduated or with one year experience in the automotive industry or similar position.
  • Advanced English is mandatory
  • Knowledge of manufacturing process
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills
  • Problem solving techniques
