Job Description

As a Pro-Shop Agent, your primary goal is to deliver exceptional customer service and create a memorable experience for our guests.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

 Developing a thorough understanding of all products and services offered in order to provide helpful advice to customers.

 Scheduling weekly meetings with the Manager to stay up-to-date on commercial offers such as packages, promotions, special offers, and pricing for the Golf and Resort.

 Anticipating and meeting the needs of guests.

 Providing a warm welcome, on-site support, and ongoing follow-up with guests through effective verbal and non-verbal communication.

 Efficiently and quickly handling guest complaints, proposing innovative solutions, and working with the Golf Director to build client loyalty.

Managing reservations for individual customers and tour operators (TO), or collaborating with the Proshop Manager on the YapoGolf platform to do so.

Collaborating with the Front Office to coordinate Green Fairy reservations.

Ensuring that services are accurately invoiced and receipts are paid on time using the Symphonie and Yapo platforms.

Monitoring inventory levels continuously and working with the Proshop Manager to support inventories.

Collaborating with the Proshop Manager and the security department to ensure the safety of goods and people in the shop.

Managing incidents that may occur in the Proshop in the presence of guests while maintaining Rotana's brand image, in collaboration with the Proshop Manager.

Creating and maintaining a database of customer, member, and tour operator information using Microsoft Excel.

Ensuring that all administrative documents related to the Proshop are properly filed.

Participating in the development and improvement of internal work procedures with the Proshop Manager.

Supervising daily operations, including installations, storage, and decorations.).

Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Manager.

Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly way to protect guests’ and colleagues’ health and safety, as well as protect and conserve the environment.

Comply with the hotel environmental, health and safety policies and procedures.
