Your Role:

• Manage and oversee all accounting, costing and operations related to the plant's financial functions.
• Prepare and present accurate financial statements, reports, and forecasts to senior management.
• Develop and monitor annual budgets, providing guidance and support to department heads.
• Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide recommendations for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and optimize processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve financial performance.
• Provide guidance and support during audits, managing audit processes efficiently.
• Supervise and mentor finance staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development

Your Background:

• Education Background :  Bac+5 or Master’s Degree in Finance & Accounting or Audit & controlling.
• Post experience, preferably in a similar role is an asset.
• Experience in a large setup team is added advantage.
• Good communication, analytical and presentation skills.
• Prior experience of working in ERP environment will be preferred.
