Apply now for the position of Order to Cash Professional to join our team based in Casablanca, Morocco.

Your role:

• Ensure revenue recognition in line with Siemens Healthineers guidelines (IFRS15) and timely booking of respective COGS
• Project processing and alignment with Varian Steinhausen HQ as part of the order clarification
• Coordinate with sales, finance, and customer service teams to resolve order discrepancies and customer issues.
• Supervise the monthly, quarterly and annual closing.
• Ensure a monthly analysis of Gross Margin and SG&A.
• Monthly update of the Backlog reach.
• Analyze GR and IR Balance for all Purchase Orders generated
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
• Generate and manage invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing.

Your qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor's or master's Degree with 3 to 5 years’ experience.
• Proven experience in order-to-cash or similar roles
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Knowledge of IFRS accounting principles
• Proficiency in the English language
• Knowledge of ERP system (SAP) and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
