As part of its growth, ARROW ECS is strengthening its teams and is looking for a Microsoft Business Development Manager
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AT ARROW:
- Microsoft business development ownership and responsibility.
- Plan strategy to ensure strong foundation for assigned portfolio and territory.
- Vendor and customers strategic plans definition and implementation.
- Business targets and KPIs achievement
- High level of product knowledge
- Extensive understanding of pricing programs
- Quote to order process: provide quotes, pipeline follow up, purchase orders.
- Internal and external quarterly business reviews (QBR)
- Forecasting capabilities
- Demand generation activities with vendor and/or reseller partners
- Channel Marketing
- Events, training, relationship development
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure customer and vendor satisfaction.
- Promoting and selling the added value and full life cycle programs offered by Arrow.
- Education:
- Engineer/5-year degree and 3-5 years of related experience
- Experience:
- IT Sales experience
- IT Solutions, Networking (e.g., SD-WAN, Meraki), Security (e.g., Endpoint, Cloud), Workplace (e.g., M365, Backup), Managed Services, and Cloud Hosting (e.g., Azure)
