    As part of its growth, ARROW ECS is strengthening its teams and is looking for a Microsoft Business Development Manager


  • WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AT ARROW:


  • Microsoft business development ownership and responsibility.
  • Plan strategy to ensure strong foundation for assigned portfolio and territory. 
  • Vendor and customers strategic plans definition and implementation.
  • Business targets and KPIs achievement
  • High level of product knowledge
  • Extensive understanding of pricing programs
  • Quote to order process: provide quotes, pipeline follow up, purchase orders.
  • Internal and external quarterly business reviews (QBR)
  • Forecasting capabilities
  • Demand generation activities with vendor and/or reseller partners
  • Channel Marketing
  • Events, training, relationship development
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure customer and vendor satisfaction.
  • Promoting and selling the added value and full life cycle programs offered by Arrow. 
  • WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
  • Education:          
    • Engineer/5-year degree and 3-5 years of related experience
  • Experience:        
    • IT Sales experience
    • IT Solutions, Networking (e.g., SD-WAN, Meraki), Security (e.g., Endpoint, Cloud), Workplace (e.g., M365, Backup), Managed Services, and Cloud Hosting (e.g., Azure)
