Junior Installation Field Supervisor to lead our installation projects in Rabat/Marrakech, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise installation teams to ensure
safety, quality, and productivity on site.
Planned, prepared, and managed installation logistics and materials, ensuring smooth site execution. Ensure adherence to
installation methods, tools, and risk assessments, and resolve any non-conformities. Lead
regular site audits, progress reports, and handovers to maintenance. Maintain
customer satisfaction with proactive communication and professional project delivery. Manage
subcontractor relationships and ensure team
training and competence.
Promote continuous improvement through Lean practices, enhancing team collaboration and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years experience in Project Management and managed subcontractors. Experience in running Construction and/or electrical
projects through the full lifecycle. Experience in the
modernization and/or full replacement of elevators and escalators will be advantageous.
Basic technical understanding of installation processes. Strong
commercial awareness. Proficiency in
local language (Arabic/French);
English skills are a plus. Experience in the
construction industry or elevator industry is an asset. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of
Lean methodologies and
installation safety standards.
