Location: Rabat/Marrakech, Morocco
Reports to: Operations Manager

KONE is a global leader in elevator and escalator solutions, committed to improving the flow of urban life. We seek an experienced Junior Installation Field Supervisor to lead our installation projects in Rabat/Marrakech, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise installation teams to ensure safety, quality, and productivity on site.
• Planned, prepared, and managed installation logistics and materials, ensuring smooth site execution.
• Ensure adherence to installation methods, tools, and risk assessments, and resolve any non-conformities.
• Lead regular site audits, progress reports, and handovers to maintenance.
• Maintain customer satisfaction with proactive communication and professional project delivery.
• Manage subcontractor relationships and ensure team training and competence.
• Promote continuous improvement through Lean practices, enhancing team collaboration and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience in Project Management and managed subcontractors.
• Experience in running Construction and/or electrical projects through the full lifecycle.
• Experience in the modernization and/or full replacement of elevators and escalators will be advantageous.
• Basic technical understanding of installation processes.
• Strong commercial awareness.
• Proficiency in local language (Arabic/French); English skills are a plus.
• Experience in the construction industry or elevator industry is an asset.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Lean methodologies and installation safety standards.
