Learn more: jti.com IWS MAINTENANCE LEAD We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced MAINTENANCE LEAD located in Morocco, Tetuan, reporting to Cell Lead (Manufacturing). WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING As Maintenance Lead you will be responsible for implementation of Maintenance Work Planning & Scheduling for your production lines. You will be responsible for continuous improvement and preventing any unplanned stoppages due to breakdowns. The key responsibilities will include:
KPI's Responsibility, leading the maintenance activities & plans in your assigned production lines to support achieving factory Compelling Business Needs (CBN) with JTI standards. You will be reviewing and prioritizing SAP work orders.
Production Process Responsibility, coordinating and assuring implementation of all kind of maintenance and breakdown elimination activities on assigned production lines in compliance with the approved production plan.
IWS DMS Responsibility, participating in daily, weekly and monthly Direction Settings Meetings to report previous job completion results and other maintenance activities. You will be responsible for ensuring BDE (Breakdown Elimination), MP&S (Maintenance Planning & Scheduling) DMS's requirements. In dept Analysis for major breakdowns to determine necessary actions to not face same breakdown again. Leading scheduling of maintenance work for the next week during the Weekly Planning Meeting. Leading optimization of startup and shutdown of Line and major maintenance interventions. Ensuring the revision and updating of “Maintenance Technical Documentation” that occur as necessary. Training Line team on maintenance activities. Developing and updating annual maintenance plan and calendar.
Talent Management Responsibility, building the capability of the team on technical troubleshooting and technical mastery through coaching and delivering on the job training. Ensure the completion of the established training plan.
EDUCATION University degree in Engineering, knowledge of IWS is a plus. WORK EXPERIENCE Min. 5 years of Mechanic/Electronic experience. SKILLS
Fluent French and Arabic, English is a plus.
