Job Description:
What You Will Be Doing
Process quotations and provide customer support to new and current accounts. Collaborate closely with Sales and adhere to quote strategies to win new business. Provide accurate and competitive pricing to meet branch target percentage. Gathering market information regarding customers, competitors and pricing. Establishes and maintains customer relationships, and communications with customers and internal stakeholders to provide market information Support customers with additional requirements such as offering stock, compatible parts, data sheets & certificate requests.
What We Are Looking For
2-4 years of experience in a sales role or have worked in a customer service role gained from the electronics component or high technology industry. Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills. Keen to learn, positive and can-do attitude, growth mindset. Skills in prioritising work, multi-tasking and problem solving. Required to have Excel skills, experience using Oracle system will be advantages
