Inside Sales Account Manager (Temara/Rabat) We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals, who have a passion for customers, to join our Inhouse Account
Manager team!

An Inhouse Account Manager will influence and serve all Hilti customers, including internal team members and Account Managers who have direct relationships with the Hilti customer experience. The role has a direct influence on the organization’s strategy for sustainable account development.
This position is responsible for generating incremental, profitable sales to assigned account base through outbound sales calls, email communications and individual meetings. The Inhouse Account Manager will provide appropriate service and strong knowledge of Hilti products, services, and software to customers, ensuring the successful achievement of company objectives and growth within the scope of the assigned account base.

What you need is:



Only job applications in English will be accepted. No French please. Completed degree in Engineering; a postgraduate degree is advantageous. Minimum 1-2 years working in construction or sales. Previous/current sales experience preferred Valid driver's license (Category B). Strong communication skills: fluency in English & French is required Self-disciplined, proactive, and a quick learner with strong functional expertise. Proficient in MS Office applications. Proven ability to consistently meet performance targets and thrive under pressure. Strong problem-solving skills with an agile, solution-oriented mindset. Solid business acumen and a collaborative team-oriented attitude. Willingness to go the extra mile.
