They are currently seeking a talented Illustration Graphic Designer to join their team and contribute to the creation of compelling marketing visual assets, digital/web graphics, and social media content. Location: Fully Remote (Work from Home) - 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Visual Assets: Design eye-catching visual marketing assets, including digital and print materials.
Digital/Web Graphics: Create engaging graphics for websites, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience.
Social Media Graphics: Develop captivating social media graphics that resonate with target audiences and enhance brand visibility.
Creative for Ads: Design creative assets for advertisements across various platforms, focusing on delivering impactful messages.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to established brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive visual identity.
Collaboration and Feedback: Collaborate with team members, actively seeking and incorporating feedback to refine designs.

Qualifications:
Experience: 2+ years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing a variety of projects.
Design Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and Photoshop is required; motion graphics experience is a plus.
Agency Experience:Previous experience working in an agency environment is advantageous.
Brand Guidelines: Ability to follow and interpret brand guidelines to create cohesive designs.
Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and independent, comfortable working in a remote setting.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to ask questions and seek clarification when needed.
