Your Role and Responsibilities You will provide administrative support to the HR service in areas such as HR related documents, employees’files & record keeping, coordination with various stakeholders. You will work on a variety of HR activities involving HR processes simplification, HR operations, Employees’experience, health & wellness and HR development initiatives.
You will have to handle very sensitive information and display the highest levels of confidentiality & professionalism.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise


A wide variety of knowledge in Human Resources ; 2+ years of experience in HR Generalist/administrative role
Fluent in English
Fast Learner & independant thinker
Agile
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
Ability to exhibit good judgement in decision making HR project HR Project management knowledgeable of HR labor law in Morocco


Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise


Experience in HR project management is valuable
