As the HR Manager, you will lead the recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations efforts for MOD’s Morocco team. You will build and implement HR systems, develop a dynamic and inclusive culture, and scale recruitment processes to hire hundreds of Virtual Assistants and staff, supporting MOD’s growth and expansion goals. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
- Lead the recruitment of talented Virtual Assistants (VAs) and key staff for the Casablanca Business Unit, with an eye on future expansion across Morocco and into other African countries.
- Develop creative and effective sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.
- Partner with recruitment agencies, universities, and professional networks to build a strong and diverse talent pipeline.
- Utilize software applications and technologies for streamlined candidate evaluation and onboarding.
HR Operations and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with Moroccan labor laws and regulations, while preparing HR best practices for expansion into additional African countries.
- Collaborate with legal, accounting, and payroll partners to manage payroll, benefits, and tax compliance.
- Develop and implement HR systems and workflows using technology platforms to ensure operational efficiency and ISO compliance.
Culture and Employee Engagement:
- Build and foster a dynamic, inclusive workplace culture that supports employee well-being and productivity.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, handling employee relations with empathy and discretion.
- Develop employee engagement programs and initiatives to support retention and growth.Training and Development:
- MOD utilizes training and development platforms to ensure that VAs are highly- skilled and client-ready.
- Conduct leadership and compliance training that align with organizational goals.
- Utilize software and applications to monitor training effectiveness and improve productivity across teams, enabling staff to maximize their potential and excel in their roles.
Strategic Growth and Scalability:
- • Design scalable HR frameworks to support MOD’s rapid growth in Morocco and throughout Africa.
- • Establish partnerships and recruitment networks to support future expansion.
