Job Description
- Responsible to reflect the BU requirements in the overarching planning & execution of the User Journey Management Lifecycle (Orchestration lead via cross BU MK) to ensure holistic
- implementation of BU specific topics (focus on Marketing Concept) in countries across the entire user journey
- Activate or collaborate to the activation of online and offline touchpoints (depending on TP)
- Ensure the local budget (C-Budget and others) is allocated along the user journey optimizing ROIs
- Execute and monitor implementation (if required develop) of growth measures (Key Growth Drivers) - focus particular on successful implementation & execution of marketing concepts - in the country according to REACT framework
- Collaborate with Sales, regional BU and x-BU teams and other local BU marketing teams in order to achieve commercial targets and a holistic user journey
- Lead User Journey Management team in CSOs
Qualifications
EDUCATION
- University degree
- Good English
EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience (>5 years) in marketing and sales with a focus on implementation and execution.
- Leadership experience

- Very good Marketing know-how along all Ps
- High expertise in branding and good understanding of UX related to
- information and purchase decision of target group
- High sales affinity and good understanding of the retail landscape
- Understanding of the online and offline retail and communocation
