About this role

If so, the HR Representative role at Infomineo is for you! As an HR Representative, you will provide essential office support by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies while monitoring HR and administrative projects. You will work under the supervision of the HR Team Lead and the local Country Manager, collaborating closely with the team to ensure smooth operations.
What you will do
• Provide exceptional HR administrative support to the HR Team Lead, Country Manager, and various teams across multiple offices, ensuring seamless operations and communication.
• Organize and maintain employee files and records meticulously, both in hard copy and within the HRIS system, to ensure easy access and compliance with data management standards.
• Assist the HR Team Lead with payroll processing and manage monthly or quarterly payments to various providers, including CNSS, retirement plans, health insurance, and other HR-related
invoices.
• Support compliance with local labor laws in Morocco and other locations as required, working closely with the HR Team Lead and Country Manager to uphold legal standards.
• Collaborate with the HR team to deliver outstanding service to all employees, fostering a positive workplace culture and enhancing employee satisfaction.
• Facilitate onboarding efforts by coordinating new employee orientations and driving employee engagement initiatives, while also managing the offboarding process effectively.
• Assist in managing work permits and resident cards for foreign employees, ensuring all legal requirements are met for a smooth transition into the workforce.
• Track employee time off and sick leave diligently, maintaining accurate records that support both employee well-being and organizational needs.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings for local managers and team members for HR events such as Values Breakfasts and Fun Committee activities, promoting team cohesion.
• Assist in reviewing and distributing company policies in both digital formats and hard copies, including handbooks, employee representation documents, internal regulations, and safety protocols.
Who you are
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR Management certification is a plus.
• Experience: 0 to 2 years of administrative HR experience; familiarity with labor law is advantageous.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, French, and Arabic; additional languages are a bonus.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Good at resolving conflicts and navigating challenges.
• Confidentiality: Committed to handling sensitive data with discretion.
• Multitasking Capability: Able to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Self-Starter Attitude: Proactive and able to work independently while being a team player.
• Prioritization Skills: Skilled in establishing priorities and managing workload efficiently.
