The position is attached to HR Development supervisor.
The candidate has to:
Ensure the recruitment of staff in accordance with the provisional recruitment plan; Ensure onboarding & specific training plans; Manage internal competitions; Update on ONE HR (Creation of a new position, Creation of job requisition,); Manage of long-term medical certificate; Manage trainees; Monitor of motivation actions (events, special days, etc.); Analyzing training & development needs; Management of job descriptions; Conduction System Audits……….
Experience:
At least 1 year of relevant professional experience in an industrial field
Language: Fluent speaker of French and English.
