Your Role


 

The HR Development Officer is responsible for the following functions:


  • Ensure the creation and updating of job descriptions, job profiles & organization charts of APTIV.
  • Conduct IS employee recruitment interviews: sourcing, pre-selection on file, telephone interviews, physical interviews.
  • Ensure the follow-up of the IS recruitment process: technical interviews, HRM validation interviews and HRD validation interviews.
  • Conduct internal recruitment interviews via global job opening and specific job opening.
  • Implement and ensure compliance with the Onboarding process for IS within the APTIV site: Pre-onboarding of candidates, support for new recruits by managers and buddies.
  • Prepare and ensure the display of all communications related to HR development: welcome, Job opening announcement,...
  • Ensure the update of development tools: PBP, 9box, my core…..
  • Develop a pool of candidates: internal & external, in advance according to a proactive approach.
  • Participate in projects for the continuous improvement of people's development.
  • Participate in partnership agreements with schools and universities.
  • Manage the status of trainees and their integration.
  • Issue IS transfer documents and ensure their follow-up.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental standards.

Your Background


  • Master degree in Human Resources.
  • English is mandatory;
  • Knowledge of HR process;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving and analytical skills are required;
  • Good computer skills;
