HO Product Section (Ain Sebaa) Your Missions :
· Ensures the Cost Efficiency and supply capability in the area of responsibility (On Time In Full Order execution)
· Guarantees the quality performance, the planned production outcomes and on time delivery
· Coordinates with VCM the production planning within area of responsibility
· Guarantees timely preparation and implementation of the production plan
· Serves as operational contact point to the CSO/CTO/COO areas
· Prepares operational reports about the production progress
· Ensures introduction of quality standards and the LEONI Operating System
· Ensures even distribution of the production and the right utilization of the equipment and manufacturing resources
· Supports as required RFQ/ New project implementations
· Provides input and follows up for processes optimizations direct and indirect as well
· Leads the continuous improvement activities within the area of responsibility together with OPEX team
· Assumes responsibility for the defined KPI's with daily / weekly /monthly follow up and implements necessary countermeasures and escalation. (e.g.
· KOSU, KATA)
· Identifies cost reduction potential in the production areas
Your skills :
• Bac +7 or more in industrialization with at least 5 years’ experience in the automotive industry
• Reactive , organized , team work oriented
• French and English are mandatory
