About the location:

  • Delivering excellent standards performance ( as measured by Medallia, LQA International Benchmarking, and other applicable standards)
  • Maintaining a score of 90% or higher on room inspections.
  • Properly completing all general cleaning, special projects as assigned by management, and maintenance of public areas both in my department and guest areas.
  • Maintaining a standard performance of ____minutes or _____ rooms cleaned per shift.
  • Communicating effectively with management and coordinators should I require additional assistance to stay on schedule with my room assignments.
  • Complying to the best of my ability with necessary schedule changes and reasonable requests to work overtime as needed by the operation.
  • Maintaining a good time and attendance record without excessive call outs or tardiness (no more than 6 call outs or 5 tardy in a calendar year).
  • Following the Four Seasons Code of conduct at all times as concerns my own behavior and team by creating a positive place to work for all.
