Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional with expertise in IBM EGC/IKC and the Oracle Customer Data Platform (Oracle CDP), including Oracle Autonomous Database and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) as ETL. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing data solutions that enhance customer data integration, data quality, and data-driven decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities


System Implementation and Management:


  • Configure and deploy IBM EGC/IKC for enterprise-grade governance and integration.
  • Implement and maintain the Oracle Customer Data Platform with Oracle Autonomous Database and ODI-based ETL processes.

Data Integration and Governance:


  • Develop and optimize ETL pipelines using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
  • Ensure data governance and data quality standards are met across platforms.
  • Integrate disparate data sources into a unified customer data platform for analytics and reporting.

Collaboration and Support:


  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business requirements.
  • Provide expert support for troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
  • Conduct user training sessions and create technical documentation for deployed solutions.

Performance Optimization:


  • Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to maximize efficiency and scalability.
  • Perform regular audits of the IBM and Oracle systems to ensure optimal configuration and compliance.

Required Qualifications


Technical Expertise:


  • Proven hands-on experience with IBM EGC/IKC.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Customer Data Platform, including Oracle Autonomous Database and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
  • Strong knowledge of ETL processes and data pipeline development.

Other Skills:


  • Experience with database management, data integration, and data governance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Certifications:


  • Relevant certifications in IBM and Oracle technologies are a plus.

Preferred Experience


  • Working knowledge of customer data analytics and segmentation.
  • Experience in integrating IBM and Oracle systems with third-party applications.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments and hybrid architectures.

Soft Skills


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
