Financial Analyst

Arrow Global Services is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in analyzing financial data, forecasting future financial performance, and helping to guide business decisions. This position is ideal for individuals with strong analytical skills and a passion for financial strategy.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Financial Analysis: Perform detailed financial analysis to support management decision-making, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Reporting: Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior management, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Data Management: Maintain and enhance financial models, databases, and systems to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
• Ad hoc Analysis: Conduct special projects and ad hoc financial analysis as required.
• Financial processes: Month-end close, financial reporting

What We Are Looking For:

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
• A degree in finance or management control
• Microsoft Excel experience
• Experience in financial processes, such as month-end closing, financial reporting, ad-hoc analysis
• Fluency in English and French (written and spoken)

Nice to have:

• Experience in PowerBI
