Lead the operators and polyvalents in their area of responsibility
- Ensures continuous performance development of team members.
- Report and analyse absenteeism.
- Ensure the application of Moto Activity.
- Created good communication channels between shifts and between teams.
- Manage conflicts.
- Plan trainings for team.
'- Prepare production plans in collaboration with production planners.
- Creates the sequence of production plan along with the line leaders.
- Monitor the production hourly and implement corrective actions in case of negative deviations.
- Communicate the monthly objectives.
- Ensure the implementation of actions relating to capacity adjustments.
- Report weekly production indicators.
- Validate production reports at the end of the shift.
- Assure the availability of the raw material necessary for the production plans.
- Gatanties the lack of over-stocking of the raw material.
- Participate on process improvement using Lean Manufacturing tools (5s, two-bin system, one piece flow, Muda elimination...)
- Communicate systematic inventories.
- Supervise general inventories in the related production area.
- Ensure the control and recording of scrap.
- Analyze scrap rate against objectives.
- Control and analyse internal defects by ensuring the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Promotes good communication flow.
- Prepare audits and participate in the development of action plans.
- Participate effectively in the handling of customer complaints and alerts.
- Ensure the use of the protection equipments and the separation of wastes.
- Assures that 5S standards are met.
- Perform 5S audits once a week.
- Perform LPA audits.
- Properly uses production facilities and equipment.
- Assure compliance with TPME approach.
- Report problematic equipment to the related department .
- Ensure compliance with the equipment cleaning plan.
