Missions:

• Conduct technical analysis and design to support application development, including creating prototypes, framework code, and technical documentation.
• Identify and implement improvements in development processes, design, code, and unit testing to enable faster development with reduced code.
• Collaborate closely with teams to turn documented processes into operational solutions.
• Apply modern development methodologies like SCRUM/Agile.
• Programming: VB.NET, C#
• Database: MS SQL Server 2012+
• Technologies: MS SharePoint Server 2013+, MS Office 2013+

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in .NET development.
• Proven experience with VB.NET, WinForms, and T-SQL (3+ years).
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level application development.
• Strong expertise in OOP, application architecture, and layered design.
• Preferred: Experience with C#, MS Reporting Services, Web Services (SOAP, RESTful API), and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
• Excellent analytical, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Core programming principles.
• Software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Scrum framework processes.
• Technical documentation standards.
• Databases, programming languages, and algorithms.
• Insurance Industry knowledge
