Job Description
Mission:
•Reports directly to the Project Technical Manager.
•Maintains registers and files in connection with quality documents and records.
•Ensures that completed records (ex. closed NRIs, NCRs, etc) contain all the required documents and records prior to filing.
•Control and distribution of quality documents as instructed, and ensures superseded versions of documents are segregated from updated versions in the Quality Dept.
•Checks documents for submittal for compliance with latest approved templates according to IMS, document numbering / referencing system, and advise originators of discrepancies or error in a timely manner.
•Where necessary, liaises and coordinates with the Client Document Controller regarding submission of documents to Client.
•Performs any other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Competencies
Frensh, English and spanish will be aplus
Experience in Document control and specifically in Construction projects
5 years of experience in D
