You'll be the go-to person for all things tech, from hardware troubleshooting to software installations.What you'll do:Provide on-site and remote technical supportTroubleshoot hardware and software issues, including Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and common applicationsManage device installations, moves, and changes for desktops, laptops, and peripheralsSupport various IT projects, such as software deployments and network upgradesMaintain and optimize IT assets, including inventory management and hardware/software upgradesAssist with data migration and recovery processesProvide excellent customer service to all users, including VIP support
RequirementsA degree in Computer Science or related field1-3 years of experience in IT support Proficiency in Windows OS (Windows 10/11)Understanding of network concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)Experience with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, Remote Desktop)Basic scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell)Fluency in English
