As a Customer Operations Administrator, you’ll be the voice of KONE, providing critical administrative support in specialized domains such as Operations, Sales Support, Public Tender Preparation, Third Party Inspection, and Reporting. Your role will empower our salespersons and supervisors to maximize their time with customers in the field while ensuring seamless operations behind the scenes. The position will be based in Casablanca, Morocco.
In this dynamic position, you’ll directly support customers by addressing complex queries escalated from Customer Service Agents or other departments, ensuring responsiveness while upholding our high standards for quality and SLA compliance. Collaborating closely with salespersons, supervisors, field technicians, the KONE Customer Service Organization, and KONE Shared Services, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
