Job Description

Our client is a dynamic company specializing in corporate events, planning, and operations. They are seeking a proactive, multi-skilled, and organized Creative Marketing Assistant to support the team in developing visually cohesive, brand-aligned marketing assets as well as refining and organizing sales proposals, managing a consistent social media strategy, and maintaining an accessible asset library. The ideal candidate will have experience in multi-channel design and social media management, B2B marketing, and lead tracking, with a focus on creativity, organization, and the ability to independently drive projects.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Proposal Development & Consistency: Refine and review Proposify proposal pages, ensuring brand compliance across font, color, logo usage, and content clarity. Create new proposals as needed and enhance presentation to align with updated branding.


  • Photo Asset Library Management: Organize, label, and tag photo assets in shared Dropbox or similar storage for future use, ensuring efficient access and a consistent cataloging approach by year, event, and client to streamline project needs.


  • Social Media Strategy & Engagement: Collaborate to develop and execute a consistent social media strategy on LinkedIn and other channels, focusing on audience engagement through scheduled posts, blog sharing, and interactive content. Provide proactive ideas for posts and campaigns aligned with current trends, local highlights, and seasonal events to boost engagement.


  • Sales & Marketing Asset Development: Update and edit marketing one-sheets and other templates, designing fresh assets that reflect the company’s brand and speak to the target audience, using Canva or similar tools for enhanced visual appeal.


  • Outreach Campaigns & Proactive Client Engagement: Outline and execute outreach campaigns with the sales team, including client interaction initiatives that showcase company offerings.


  • Market & Brand Research: Conduct research on trending corporate events, competitive offerings, and client needs in event venues, entertainment, and tours to present ideas for possible partnerships and client incentives.

  • Consistent Brand Presentation: Proposals and marketing materials consistently reflect the brand’s visual and messaging standards, achieving a cohesive and professional look.


  • Organized & Accessible Photo Library: Photo assets are categorized, labeled, and efficiently accessible, saving time for ongoing projects and new proposals.


  • Engaging Social Media Presence: Increased social media engagement through a steady stream of brand-aligned, interactive content, resulting in heightened visibility and client interactions.


  • Sales Asset Impact: Proactively designed assets and materials support sales initiatives and reflect an understanding of client engagement goals and brand presentation.


Qualifications:
  • Experience: 2+ years in B2B marketing and social media management with an understanding of corporate events or destination marketing.


  • Multi-Skilled Design Ability: Proficiency in Canva or similar design platforms to create visually engaging marketing materials from scratch, aligning with current trends and brand identity.


  • Proposal Refinement & Brand Consistency: Experience refining brand-aligned proposals, especially with tools like Proposify (preferred).


  • Social Media Strategy & Execution: Hands-on experience with creating and scheduling social media content, engaging audiences with both posts and campaigns.


  • Research & Communication Skills: Excellent communication and research abilities for industry insights and client engagement strategies.
