Job Description

As a Compliance Officer, you will be Acting as a trusted business partner, Morocco Compliance Officer has the responsibility to foster GSK values through Morocco Business.


You will have the accountability to implement and drive integrated compliance solutions to identify, mitigate and follow up on risks through the implementation and enhancement of the internal control framework, risk management process, investigations process, independent business monitoring and any other global initiative that needs to be implemented at local level.


In addition, Morocco Compliance Officer acts a key change agent to support the organization on its new orientations and specific challenges.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Works with GSK leaders to ensure the effective implementation a compliance program within Morocco to prevent, detect, and correct violations of company policy, including continued embedding of enterprise risk mitigation programs, including Commercial Practices, Anti-bribery and Corruption, and Privacy.
  • partners with business leaders to proactively identify, evaluate and manage risks in accordance with GSK’s internal control framework and in a way that enables sustainable business growth.
  • Ensure deployment of relevant corporate policies in a simple, clear, consistent, and timely fashion that enables business leaders to drive competitive performance.
  • Facilitate the Morocco Risk Management and Compliance Board (RMCB).  Proactively promote the RMCB to define effective risk management plans, integrating themes from investigations, monitoring, and auditing to provide oversight on execution of mitigation plans.
  • Manage internal reporting and escalation of issues that Morocco may face (including GSK Speak Up).
  • Partnering with Corporate Investigations Team, HR and Legal to ensure reported concerns are promptly and thoroughly investigated, with suitable corrective and remediation action and discipline where appropriate.
  • Implementation of global compliance programs by translating global requirements into local specifications, including any relevant training.
  • Advises senior leaders in the business on risk associated with emerging business strategies and pragmatic options for risk mitigation and management; provides advisory services in relation to GSK Policies and Standard Operating Procedures in designated areas.
  • Ensures that proper internal controls are in place and in use, including management monitoring and Key Risk Indicators.
  • Supporting the closure of local Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPAs) coming from internal audits, internal & external investigations, Independent Business Monitoring.
  • Acts as a change leader for standardisation, where appropriate, to simplify the complexity of practices while maintaining adherence to GSK policy.

Basic Qualifications:


We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:


  • Min 5 years’ experience as a Compliance Officer where you have the responsibility of the Compliance Program implementation and conducted it successfully,
  • Good communication skill.
  • Good negotiation skill.
  • Business understanding,
  • Ability to work and delivery in difficult environments.
  • very strong management judgment:
    • Anticipates problems and works proactively to solve them through creative thinking,
    • Business partnering
    • strong leadership,
    • works independently as a self-starter committed to delivering the highest in customer service quality and results,
    • anticipating reactions and planning strategically to overcome objections
