Roche Morocco is looking for a dynamic and talented Sales Manager to join our team as the Leader overseeing the Diabetes Care activities. Your opportunity:
You will have the responsible party for establishing the long-term strategic plans, goals, and priorities for the sales team to achieve the budget objectives, accomplish objectives by implementing plans, budgets, and measuring results and allocate resources, review progress, and make necessary mid-course corrections. You will also support and develop the country business plan, including the annual budget and costs, and assist in the implementation of marketing plans.
Furthermore, you will provide leadership to the sales team in order to maximize sales and achieve profit goals. Ensure that the team is knowledgeable about our product portfolios and implement necessary commercial activities to meet the strategic KPIs of our assigned products and collaborate with the sales teams on negotiation and approaches, guaranteeing compliance with our strategy and positioning.
In addition, you will monitor sales trends, promotional schedules, and competitive information. work closely with the Diabetes Care regional supply chain team to ensure a high level of forecast accuracy by providing accurate input regarding local market demand and identify, address performance gaps and skill depreciation of team members, creating contingency developmental plans to maintain a high-performance team.
You will review financial data, sales statistics, and other performance data to determine if targets are being met and identify areas for improvement. Align policies and organizational initiatives with the business strategy, and stay up-to-date on all external activities that may affect our organization.
Lastly, you will represent Diabetes Care with the Roche Pharma and Diagnostics management teams in the local organization, ensuring a streamlined approach is achieved towards patients, business partners, and customers.

Who you are:
As an ideal candidate, we are looking for someone with a degree in Commercial or equivalent, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial and sales. Leadership qualities and agility are highly valued in this role. Additionally, fluency in both French and English is required to effectively communicate and collaborate.
