Key Responsibilities:


  • Promote Continuous Improvement Culture across all sites
  • Identify and eliminate waste to achieve financial gains through LSS & BP in the company.
  • Be the facilitator of a multidisciplinary team to generate performance in terms of quality, material flow or cost.
  • Work closely with the global CI team to ensure compliance and implementation of Lean, Six Sigma and best practices (LSS & BP).
  • Provide employee training in Lean tools
  • Develop Kaizen events to improve site performance
  • Deploy the LSS & BP strategy across all sites, ensuring compliance and understanding of common training at all levels of the organization
  • Promote best practices implemented in sites at a global level
  • Ensure the implementation of the corporate visual according to the group standard
  • Ensure reporting from the site to the Group.

Key Skills :


  • Graduated from an engineering school and mastering the six sigma
  • 5 years minimum in a similar position
  • Fluency in French, English, and knowledge of Spanish
  • Good communication skills
  • Analytical mindset
