This incredible hotel project located in the capital of Morocco sits on 15 acres and consists of 13 buildings for accommodation, restaurants, lobby, located within lush gardens, in and outdoor pools and overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.  




The Role of the coursier



We currently have an opportunity for an experienced, Coursier to join our pre-opening Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr team in Morocco! 



As a courier, you will be responsible for delivering various documents, packages, and goods within the company and to external partners. You will also serve as a liaison between the purchasing department and suppliers or partners for the procurement of goods and services necessary for the company’s operations.



Key Duties:



  • Perform deliveries and collections of documents, packages, or other goods as directed by the Purchasing Manager.



  • Ensure timely delivery and collection.



  • Maintain professional relationships with partners, clients, and suppliers during deliveries.



  • Verify delivery documents and obtain signatures upon receipt.



  • Ensure the security and confidentiality of documents and goods being transported.



  • Contribute to internal logistics by assisting the purchasing department with transporting various products.



  • Maintain company-provided transportation vehicles (bicycles, motorcycles, cars) in good working order.



  • Regularly communicate with the Purchasing Manager about task progress and report any incidents or delays.



  • Assist with inventory management of stored products, if necessary.






Required Profile:



  • Education: No specific degree required, but a high school diploma would be appreciated.



  • Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience as a courier or in a similar role.



  • Driver's License: Valid driver’s license (motorcycle and/or car, depending on the needs).



  • Skills:



  • Good knowledge of local roads and shortcuts.



  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.



  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.



  • Good interpersonal skills.



  • Discretion and adherence to internal procedures.



  • Excellent professional ethics and confidentiality practices.



  • Proper attire and respectful conduct toward colleagues and staff.
