With operations across Morocco, Europe, the UK, the Middle East, the USA, and Latin America, we are expanding our inbound Sales Team at our Casablanca office and are looking for passionate professionals eager to grow with us.

Who We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a Charter Sales Executive with a client-focused approach and a passion for luxury travel, who will be working out of our Casablanca office. This is an ideal role for junior professionals ready to launch a career in high-end sales within a dynamic and growing company. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, French, or Spanish, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings enthusiasm for creating unforgettable client experiences.

Role Overview:

As a Charter Sales Executive based in Casablanca, you will be a key player in building our client base and ensuring a seamless, luxury experience for each customer. In this full-time, on-site position, you will manage both outbound prospecting and inbound sales inquiries, generate and nurture leads, support our Global Sales Team in closing deals, and coordinate flights and travel logistics. This role requires strong organizational skills, an ability to build meaningful client relationships, and a high level of responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct outbound sales prospecting to identify new clients and manage inbound inquiries from our Casablanca office.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through attentive, personalized service.
  • Assist the Global Sales Team in achieving sales targets and meeting call goals.
  • Coordinate logistics for private jet travel, ensuring every detail aligns with Jet Luxe’s luxury standards.
  • Negotiate, finalize, and oversee contracts, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to post-flight follow-up.
  • Deliver exceptional service to maintain high client satisfaction.

Qualifications:


  • Proven sales and relationship-building skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Strong communication abilities in English, French, or Spanish (fluency in multiple languages is a plus).
  • Previous experience in luxury hospitality, travel sales, or outbound call centers is highly valued.
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet targets and work effectively under pressure.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., English Literature, Business) preferred but not required.
