About this role

The Strategic Insights Consultant sits at the critical intersection of research and decision-making. As a key member of Infomineo’s team, you will transform comprehensive research findings into compelling, actionable narratives that address clients’ most pressing business challenges. This role is ideal for professionals with experience at top-tier consulting firms (preferably MBB or Tier 1) who thrive on synthesizing data, crafting clear business cases, and communicating insights with impact.

What you will do

• Insight Synthesis & Analysis: Translate complex research outputs into clear, concise insights that align with client objectives
• Storytelling: Develop compelling narratives and presentations that effectively communicate the "so-what" of research findings to clients
• Strategic Recommendations: Provide actionable, data-driven recommendations that help clients address key business challenges or opportunities
• Collaboration: Partner with internal research teams to ensure insights are both thorough and strategically focused
• Client Engagement: Interact directly with clients to understand their needs, refine deliverables, and provide strategic guidance on how to leverage research results
• Knowledge Development: Contribute to internal best practices for synthesizing insights and creating impactful business cases

Who you are

• 3-5 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm (MBB or Tier 1 preferred) with a proven track record of delivering strategic insights and client recommendations
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus)
• Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills
• Strong storytelling and presentation capabilities with advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and other visualization tools
• Ability to distill complex data into actionable insights
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• You have a passion for business research or consulting
• You are fully proficient in English - Arabic, French or Italian are a plus
• Client-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented with a passion for turning data into impactful narratives
