VOTRE MISSION



As part of this position, you will join the International Division (ID) of Suez Consulting. The ID has a turnover of over €40M, generated in Central and Eastern Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia. Most of the projects are financed by international donors (AFD, WB, ADB, ADB, EU, EIB, etc.), for which our teams provide engineering and consultancy services for essential services: water, waste, roads, railways, energy, the environment, urban management, etc. in developing and emerging countries.
To manage one of our main projects and to build our future hub for Eastern Africa in Uganda, we are currently looking for an experienced : Business Development Manager (M/F)
Under the responsibility of our Director for Africa , based in Casablanca, Morocco, you will have several main missions :
Settlement, development and management of our hub for Eastern Africa :
Identify new business opportunities in the region Develop commercial action in target countries Establish privileged contacts with local consultancies, potential representatives, as well as with the Public Authorities concerned by the activities of Suez Consulting Developing relationships with local representatives of bilateral and multilateral donors

VOTRE PROFIL



Your technical skills :
Master’s Degree in Engineering or Business school.
Minimum of 15 years working experience including a minimum 5 years in Business development in Infrastructure (Engineering, consulting, construction...) Extensive experience in working on projects financed by IFIs, , preferably in East Africa. English fluency and good written skills .
Your main behavioral skills :
Demonstrate autonomy, both technically and relationally. Adherence to punctuality and a deep respect for deadlines and procedures. Embrace team collaboration and exhibit leadership qualities. Proven ability to earn and maintain client trust and loyalty. Exceptional analytical and synthesis skills. Proactivity and a drive for continuous self-improvement. Ability to establish contacts at all levels. Effective negotiation skills.
