A propos de ce poste
Le Associate Field Manager - AFM SG (Associé en matière de sauvegarde) travaillera au niveau national. Il sera responsable de l'exécution opérationnelle des politiques et des processus de sauvegarde dans son pays respectif et aidera son chef de mission à donner des conseils en matière de sauvegarde dans le contexte spécifique de son pays. Avec le reste de l'équipe de sauvegarde, leur rôle est de s'assurer que les bénéficiaires éligibles et la communauté dans laquelle ils vivent sont protégés, que leurs droits sont protégés, que leurs choix sont respectés et qu'ils ont les mécanismes de soutien nécessaires pour réaliser pleinement l'impact des transferts qu'ils reçoivent de GiveDirectly.
En tant que représentant de la sauvegarde sur le terrain, le AFM SG consacrera la majeure partie de son temps à la sensibilisation et à l'engagement des communautés et des bénéficiaires. Son rôle est de s'assurer que les communautés dans lesquelles GiveDirectly opère n'ont pas d'expériences négatives avec le programme et qu'elles entretiennent une relation positive avec l'organisation.

Servir de point focal pour la sauvegarde et être le premier point de contact dans le pays pour rencontrer les bénéficiaires et les communautés si nécessaire.
Mener une conversation avec la communauté pour aider à comprendre les risques communautaires (y compris les erreurs d'inclusion/d'exclusion des bénéficiaires, les tensions ou conflits communautaires, les événements indésirables, le harcèlement sexuel ou les préoccupations des dirigeants locaux).
