Key Responsibilities:


  • Participate in the development and validation of the project and manage progress through meetings and periodic reports.
  • Define the production process and equipment to meet customer requirements.
  • Ensure tooling, Boards, equipment installation and validation in accordance with Project timing.
  • Set up lines starting from prototype phase to serial one.
  • Collaborate in the development of equipment and tools related to the process.
  • Define the Plant layout to ensure adequate production flow.
  • Analysis of technical changes and their impact on the production process.
  • Support production in continuous improvement and daily problem resolution.
  • Execute CI plant objectives: best practices.
  • Follow & execute innovation projects: IDEA, Industry 4.0, …
  • Supervise and animate a functional and hierarchical team of equipment/process technicians.

Key skills and Qualifications:


  • Engineer or (Bac+5) degree in Mechanical/Industrial engineering or equivalent
  • 3 years of professional experience in Automotive/wiring industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis.
  • Practical knowledge of MS Office.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Deadline-oriented and decision-making ability.
  • Excellent organizational skills: proven ability to plan and priorities tasks.
  • Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written
