YOUR ROLE


The mission of the Air & Ocean Field Sales Professional is to implement commercial and marketing strategies aligned with the group's objectives, in order to ensure the continuity of existing contracts and to grow revenue in line with annual sales targets.


WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?


  • Prospect new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Present and sell air and ocean transport solutions.
  • Prepare commercial offers and presentations.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients.
  • Ensure operations comply with contracts and standards.
  • Manage and analyze feedback and complaints.
  • Collaborate with teams to align objectives and ensure operational excellence.
  • Oversee the onboarding of new clients.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to resolve client issues.
  • Coordinate resources and responses to client feedback.
  • Conduct competitive and market intelligence.
  • Analyze operations and results to identify trends and make recommendations to management.
  • Implement department policies and procedures and ensure compliance.
  • Complete and process various sales forms and documents.
  • Update the CRM.
  • Provide analysis and advice on sales policies and practices.
  • Perform other assigned tasks.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?


  • Degree in business, marketing, logistics and transport, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, lead conversion, and account management.
  • Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of international sea and air freight.
  • Experience working with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and similar entities.
  • Experience using CRM
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capable of building trust and fostering long-term relationships with customers.
  • Skilled in managing multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
