Your role:

• Assist in Intercompany Accounting: Support the preparation of ICC invoices, including helping with reconciliation of balances and tracking movements.
• Collaborate with the team to assist in booking accruals for intercompany invoices and third-party vendors.
• Help Consolidate Debt Records
• Participate in reviewing and addressing P2P system alerts, flagging potential issues for proactive resolution.
• Work alongside the team to verify the accuracy of financial documents, ensuring compliance with payment, auditing, and tax standards.
• Assist in monitoring payment workflows to ensure vendors are paid on time, escalating delays or discrepancies as needed.

Your qualifications:

• Master's degree student specializing in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Established knowledge and experience for the respective area of operation.
• Knowledge of SAP and Financial Systems, processes, advanced MS excel analysis.
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong level of English communication.
