Positions Available:
Senior ERP Engineer (Financials, HRMS, Procurement, Order Management, Logistics, SCM)
Experience: Minimum 8 years and above.
Skills:
- Oracle Fusion Cloud, Microimage HCM, Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)
- HRMS, SCM, Financials, Procurement, IFRS Solutions
- Technical Support: Provide support for Oracle HRMS, SCM, Financials, Procurement, and Microimage HCM solutions.
- System Monitoring: Ensure the efficiency of ERP and collaboration systems by monitoring performance and troubleshooting issues.
- System Upgrades: Assist in the deployment of patches, upgrades, and enhancements to ERP systems.
- User Support: Assist Finance users with budget uploads and month-end/year-end closings. Develop ad hoc queries as needed.
- Process Improvement: Analyze and suggest operational improvements to enhance system performance.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare periodic activity and performance reports for ERP and Collaboration Systems.
- Strong knowledge of UNIX/Linux, Oracle Database, OSB, IP networks, and troubleshooting tools.
Senior VAS Support Engineer
Experience: Minimum 7 years and above
Key Skills:
- Experience with multi-vendor VAS products (e.g., Jinny, Ericsson, Invigo).
- Multi-vendor VAS platforms (SMSC, USSD, MMSC, dBill, OTA-ADM)
- Telecom technologies (GSM, SIGTRAN, MAP, ISUP, TCP/IP)
- Systems management, troubleshooting, and automation.
- VAS Systems Maintenance: Ensure stable operation and configuration of SMSC, USSD, MMSC, and other VAS platforms.
- Troubleshooting & Automation: Identify issues, implement solutions, and automate tasks using scripts.
- Project & Support: Implement new messaging services, support commercial teams, and manage upgrades/patches.
- Reporting & Security: Prepare reports, monitor system performance, and ensure data security/compliance.
- End-User Support: Resolve customer cases and provide technical assistance.
- Strong knowledge of GSM protocols, UNIX/Linux, database management (MySQL, MS SQL, Oracle), and web technologies (SOAP, REST).
Middleware Support Engineer
Experience: Minimum 4 years and above
Key Skills:
- WSO2, Google APIGEE, API Gateway, API Analytics, API Catalog
- Middleware, API Management, Shell Scripting
- Maintain and support WSO2 and Google APIGEE platforms (API Gateway, Tools, Analytics).
- Analyze business processes, identify issues, and recommend improvements.
- Develop shell scripts and workarounds for business continuity.
- Resolve defects in applications and collaborate with development teams.
- Implement logging, auditing, and security features.
- Handle critical system issues, resolve trouble tickets within OLA timelines.
- Manage API policies, performance monitoring, and system security.
- UNIX/Linux, shell scripting, middleware (Oracle Service Bus, SOA Suite), API technologies (SOAP, REST), and databases (MySQL, Oracle).
- Troubleshooting, performance monitoring, load balancing, and failover management.
Certifications: WSO2 and Google APIGEE development and support.
Senior Billing Engineer
Experience: Minimum 6 years and above
Key Skills:
- Ericsson BSCS iX R3/EB20, Multi Mediation, Interconnect Billing, Roaming, Charging Systems.
- Provide 24x7 support and maintenance for BSCS iX R3/EB20, Billing, Mediation, and Charging systems.
- Handle tariff setups, promotions, product configurations, and interconnect billing.
- Manage call processing, bill runs, fraud investigations, and CDR processing.
- Troubleshoot issues, automate tasks, and ensure smooth system operation.
- Monitor system performance, optimize processes, and ensure data consistency across systems.
- Support project implementation and achieve marketing objectives.
- Ensure system security, backup, and compliance with company policies.
- Strong knowledge of BSCS iX R3/EB20, Rating, Billing, and GSM protocols.
- Experience with UNIX/Linux, shell scripting, and databases (Oracle, SQL).
- Familiarity with SOAP, Java, and system performance monitoring tools.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet SLAs/KPIs.
Charging Engineer
Minimum 6 years and above
Key Skills:
- Provide 24x7 support and maintenance for Ericsson Charging Systems, ensuring stable operations.
- Manage tariff changes, call rating setups, and configuration of promotions/products.
- Troubleshoot issues, monitor system performance, and improve processes.
- Support commercial teams, resolve customer issues, and implement new projects.
- Prepare reports, ensure system availability, and conduct system upgrades.
- Perform reconciliation tasks and acceptance testing for new solutions.
- Ensure security and compliance with company policies, meeting KPIs and SLAs.
- Strong knowledge of Ericsson Charging Systems, GSM/IN protocols, UNIX/Linux, and databases (Oracle, SQL).
- Experience with SOAP, Java, and troubleshooting.
