Job Description
Main purpose of the role:
The role will be responsible for sales, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets in the paper packaging industry. This role requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of the packaging industry, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Specific Role Responsibilities
As a Salesperson, you will be working Monday to Friday, to:
- Your primary role entails spearheading sales and marketing efforts to secure new business opportunities.
- Identify big retailers who use plastic bags for T-shirts, Loop and Patch Handle Bags, Multiflex Bags, and Reusable Bags. Obtain their contact information and contact them for an understanding of their requirements and provide them best solution as per our product range.
- Identify potential distributors in various regions who are interested in partnering with us to serve their customers with our range of products.
- For the initial six months, your key objective is to discover fresh customers, retailers, and distributors in the US market. Share your approach for initiating contact, arranging meetings, and exploring new business prospects with them.
- Following the first six months, your performance will be subject to monthly reviews. Emphasize the number of prospective customers you've identified, the volume of inquiries received, and the conversion from inquiries to actual orders.
- You will closely work with our existing sales team on devising sales plans and marketing strategies for different regions
