Job Description

The role will require to manage all human resources programs and various employee-related matters to help the company and its people develop and grow in the confines of the law. The HR manager is also responsible in promoting corporate values and a positive culture within the company.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
  2. Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
  3. Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  4. Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance the skills and competencies of employees.
  5. Manage employee relations, including addressing employee grievances, conducting investigations, and resolving conflicts.
  6. Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations.
  7. Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
  9. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues.
  10. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR management.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR management.
  3. Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
  6. Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
